What to write to us about
- A correction. Tell us the page and what is wrong, and where you found the right answer if you can.
- Issue points for a book. If you know how to tell a first printing from later ones, send the details and your sources. We publish them, with credit, once a second source agrees.
- A missing book. Members can also ask for a book from Add by ISBN.
- Your account or data. You can download or delete your data yourself in Settings; for anything else, email us from the address on your account.
- A review. If a review breaks our terms, tell us which book and which review.
What we cannot do
We cannot value a book from a description or photographs by email, or buy or sell books. For a formal valuation, contact a specialist dealer or auction house; our guide to where to sell rare books in the UK lists the options.
