Patricia Wilson

Patricia Wilson (born 17 December 1929) was a British romance novelist from Yorkshire who wrote more than 50 novels for Mills & Boon between 1986 and 2004; sources differ on whether she died in 2005 or 2010.

Patricia Grace Wilson was born in Yorkshire and wrote under her own name. Her books are mostly set in England, Spain and France. Her first title, The Final Price, appeared in November 1986 as Harlequin Presents no. 934, and over the next eight years she published 24 Presents novels, among them A Lingering Melody (1988), Impossible Bargain (1988), Temporary Bride (1990), The Gift of Loving (1992), Perilous Refuge (1992) and Dearest Traitor (1994). She also wrote ten novels for the Harlequin Romance line, from Bride of Diaz (1987) to Borrowed Wife (1997). Wikipedia counts 53 Mills & Boon novels in all, the last in 2004.

For collectors. The Final Price (1986) is her first novel. At least one title came out first in Britain: Dark Sunlight was a Mills & Boon Romance in June 1993 before its Harlequin Presents edition of April 1994.
