Harcourt Brace published the American first in April 1971; the Bodley Head hardback of the same year is the first UK edition. It has 136 pages, ISBN 0 370 01453 7, with the Bodley Head London imprint dated 1971, and is offered in a dust jacket. Several dealers note whether the jacket is price clipped, so an unclipped jacket adds value. The American first has the Harcourt imprint and a jacket priced $4.95.
