Subterranean Press signed limited edition, one of 750 numbered hardcovers signed by the author, with dust jacket art by Sam Burley and four full-colour interior plates. The trade edition is unsigned and unnumbered; check the limitation page for the number and signature. A 26 copy leatherbound lettered state in a traycase also exists.
