About CHERUB
CHERUB is a series of 17 young adult spy novels by the English author Robert Muchamore, about a fictional branch of British intelligence that recruits mostly orphaned children as agents. Hodder & Stoughton published the first book, The Recruit, in April 2004. The first twelve books, ending with Shadow Wave (2010), follow James Adams; a second run, the Aramov series, began with People's Republic (2011) and ended with New Guard in 2016. A short World Book Day novella, Dark Sun, sits outside the numbering, and the author reports sales of over 15 million copies in 26 languages.
