The true first is the American Tor hardback of 18 January 2011 (ISBN 9780765321534, 302 pages, jacket art by Kamil Vojnar). The first British edition is from Corsair, an imprint of Constable & Robinson, in London in autumn 2012. A Corsair ebook (ISBN 9781472100443) is listed for 20 September 2012, so the hardback of November 2012 (ISBN 9781472100436, 302 pages, priced £17.99) is the first British printing on paper. Its jacket uses art by Mark Owen, unlike the Tor design. Corsair trade and mass-market paperbacks followed in March 2013 (ISBNs 9781472102225 and 9781472106537) and are not the first.
