First published by Nick Hern Books, London, in 1997 as a slim paperback of 88 pages in the publisher's 'instant playscript' series (ISBN 1854593145). Match the 1997 date and the 1-85459-314-5 ISBN rather than the cover. Nick Hern reissued the play on 1 November 2007 as a 96-page NHB Modern Plays paperback (ISBN 9781854595836), later joined by an A4 spiral edition and a 2014 ebook (9781780012476); these later formats are the ones the publisher now lists and are not the first.
