Rebecca Winters books in order

Rebecca Winters (Rebecca Brown Burton, 1940-2023) was an American romance novelist who wrote more than 175 novels, most of them for Harlequin. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on 14 February 1940 and died on 15 February 2023.

She studied French at the University of Utah and in Lausanne, Switzerland, and taught French in secondary schools, including in the Granite School District in Salt Lake from 1987 to 1999. Her first books appeared in the late 1970s under the name Rebecca Burton, including By Love Divided and The Loving Season. As Rebecca Winters she began writing for Harlequin with Blind to Love, published in January 1989 as Harlequin Romance number 2953, followed by Fully Involved in 1990. Over a career of about 35 years she wrote mainly for the Harlequin Romance line, with further titles in Harlequin Superromance and Harlequin Everlasting Love. Her books sold almost thirty million copies worldwide.
