About Harper Connelly Mysteries
The Harper Connelly Mysteries are four crime novels by Charlaine Harris about Harper Connelly, a young woman who, after being struck by lightning at 15, can locate the dead and sense how they died, and who travels with her stepbrother and manager Tolliver to find bodies for paying clients. Berkley published the first book, Grave Sight, in hardcover on 4 October 2005, opening with a case in a small Ozarks town. Grave Surprise (2006) and An Ice Cold Grave (2007) followed, and the series closed with Grave Secret in 2009. Dynamite Entertainment adapted Grave Sight as a three-volume comic in 2011 and 2012, while planned television versions at CBS and Syfy never went ahead.
